UK vegan brownie connoisseur Cake or Death has launched a limited edition plant-based brownie box to celebrate King Charles’ Coronation on May 6th.
Inspired by the classic Millionaire’s Shortbread, Cake or Death’s Trillionnaire’s Brownie features the traditional flavours of Millionaire’s Shortbread but with a brownie twist.
A layer of crumbly shortbread is topped with the brand’s signature gooey vegan brownie and finished with a rich homemade salted caramel sauce. The brand has described its indulgent brownies as “the perfect treat for the festivities”.
What’s more, you can order a box of 6 brownies, RRP £19.00, to be delivered straight to your door. All deliveries feature plastic-free packaging which can be recycled or composted.
These limited edition brownies will be available for delivery from the 3rd to the 5th of May, or for the entire month of May if you’re a subscriber to Cake or Death’s Build a Box service.
Cake or Death vegan brownies
First launched in 2019 by founder Katie Cross, Cake or Death became the must-have vegan brownie in London’s food scene.
According to the brownie brand, people couldn’t believe that Cake or Death’s chocolate brownies were vegan as they were incredibly fudgy and gooey.
Fast forward to 2023, the brand now offers a wide variety of vegan brownies with a range of creative flavours, including Almond Cherry Bakewell, Biscoff, Coffee Bourbon, and Candied Orange.
Cake or Death now receives tens of thousands of orders each year with people wanting a taste of their plant-based goodies.
