- 0.5 0.5 jalapeños, halved and de-seeded
- 0.33333333333333 0.33333333333333 Tbsp dairy-free cream cheese
- 0.041666666666667 0.041666666666667 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
- 0.33333333333333 0.33333333333333 green olives, sliced
- 0.16666666666667 0.16666666666667 black olive, finely diced
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/355°F/Gas 4.
- Fill the jalapeño halves with the cream cheese. Cut thin strips of puff pastry and wrap them around the jalapeños, place them onto a lined baking tray and bake for 30 minutes until the pastry is golden.
- To make the mummies’ ‘eyes’, use 2 slices of green olives with black olive in the centre.
