This Halloween, add extra spookiness to your festivities with our vegan mummy pizza toasts – a spine-tingling combination of taste and presentation that’s sure to make your celebration one for the spooky history books!

These devilish delights are not only frighteningly tasty but also incredibly fun to create, making them a hit with both kids and adults alike. With a mummy-inspired appearance and a mouthwatering blend of flavours, these toasts are bound to cast a spell on your taste buds.

To conjure up this vegan mummy pizza toast, start with slices of your favourite bread. Spread a sinisterly red tomato puree across each slice, creating a blood-red canvas for your mummy masterpieces. Next, dust them with a haunting sprinkle of dried oregano, infusing every bite with an aromatic burst of Italian flavour.

Then top your toast with thin slices of your favourite vegan cheese and watch as it transforms into a ghostly web of deliciousness as it bakes. And don’t forget the pièce de résistance: olive eyes that peer out from the cheesy shroud, giving your mummies an eerie personality all their own.

Their mummified appearance adds an element of delightful spookiness to your Halloween festivities. Kids will be enchanted by the playful transformation of their food into edible mummies, making mealtime a thrilling adventure.

The great thing about these toasts are how incredibly versatile they are, allowing you to get creative with toppings. You can add slices of bell pepper, mushrooms, or even plant-based sausage for extra flavour and a touch of variety.
