Today we’re excited to chat with author and coach Victoria Moran from Main Street Vegan about how she stays youthful, fit and healthy at 72.

She discusses the danger of assuming being vegan will help you live forever, why we shouldn’t always try to be perfect and how we must accept we will get sick sometimes. 

Victoria shares insights into what she eats in a day to help her feel energised, including celery juice as championed by the Medical Medium, smoothies, sweet snacks and salads. She touches on her Ayurvedic lifestyle, the supplements she takes and how herbal remedies help her stay well. 

We also touch on the spiritual side of veganism, why Victoria feels her purpose on earth is to help the animals, and how eating a whole-food, plant-based diet gives you life force energy to enable you to be the best version of yourself.
