Jessica Chastain and her plant-based diet

Speaking about going plant-based, she revealed that she tried the diet after telling a friend she was feeling ‘very sick’.

According to Jessica, her friend suggested trying out a vegan diet for two weeks, to see if it made any difference to how it made her feel.

Jessica said of the diet: “The first week I was very hungry, and the second week I felt amazing.

“When I finished the two weeks I went to a restaurant and ordered fish and risotto and I felt sick again. So, I decided to just eat vegan.”
