- 1 1 ripe avocados
- 1 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 30 30 mls coconut milk (from a carton)
- 0.5 0.5 tsp peppermint extract
- 0.5 0.5 handful cacao nibs
Method
- Blend the avocados, coconut milk, peppermint extract and agave in a high-speed blender until smooth
- Pour into a freezer-safe dish and stir through the cacao nibs
- Freeze for 2-3 hours and enjoy.
