Nutty Vegan Chocolate Fudge
This vegan chocolate fudge topped with nuts couldn’t be simpler to make using just 3 main ingredients.
Top the chocolate and nut butter mixture with your favourite mixed chopped nuts for tasty, raw and delicious chocolate treats. If you’re feeling fancy then a sprinkle of salt will help to add a wonderful depth of flavour and a pop of sweetness to every bite.

- 10 10 g 70% Divine baking chocolate
- 7 7 g almond or another nut butter
- 4 4 g mixed nuts, chopped small
- Maldon salt flakes, optional
Method
- Break up the chocolate and set in bowl over a pan of simmering water and add the nut butter. Melt together until silky smooth.
- Pour into silicone moulds or one large lined container and sprinkle over the chopped nuts and a tiny pinch of salt, if you like. Allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Slice into bites or remove from the mini moulds. Store in the fridge.
