Sadie Albuquerque

Sadie graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a Diploma in Plant-based Culinary Arts.

Sadie is now a plant-based chef who loves to create innovative dishes using mostly whole foods, which celebrate ingredients in a natural way.

She grew up surrounded by wonderful home cooks and is influenced by her South-Indian grandmother, who taught her the joy and importance of sharing food with friends and family.

Her decision to become vegan five years ago has had a huge impact on her life, and has transformed the way she cooks and eats. While the main driver for Sadie is the planet and animal welfare, the health benefits of a plant-based, wholefood diet are undeniable.
