Romy is the blogger, food photographer and cookbook author behind romylondonuk.com. Romy was also the only vegan contestant in the Channel4/ Netflix production Crazy Delicious with Heston Blumenthal and published her first cookbook The Ultimate Guide to Vegan Roasts in 2022.
Niki Webster
Niki Webster is an award-winning blogger, five times cookbook author and podcast host. She launched her blog Rebel Recipes in 2015, which has held its own at the forefront of the plant-based sector for more than 6 years and continues to do so.
Katy Beskow
Katy Beskow is a bestselling cookbook author and has been vegan for 15 years. She also writes for magazines and newspapers. Her ninth book, Easy Speedy Vegan, is out now.
