- 0.33333333333333 0.33333333333333 pack Naked Tofoo, cut into fingers (280g unseasoned firm tofu)
- 0.66666666666667 0.66666666666667 Tbsp lemon juice
- 0.66666666666667 0.66666666666667 tsp salt flakes
- 1.3333333333333 1.3333333333333 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 0.33333333333333 0.33333333333333 Tbsp dried mint
- 0.66666666666667 0.66666666666667 Tbsp olive oil
- sprinkle of black pepper

Mix marinade ingredients

Layout the tofu and rub a little marinade into both sides of each finger

Place the tofu into the remaining marinade in a bowl, stir and leave to marinate for 30mins

Heat your grill

Grill for 8-10 mins until golden and slightly charred
