- 100 100 ml low-fat vanilla soya milk
- 37.5 37.5 g blackberries
- 50 50 g strawberries
- 25 25 g blueberries
- 0.1875 0.1875 tsp cinnamon
- 2 2 sachets Truvía® calorie-free sweetener
Method
- Add all the ingredients to blender and blend on high.
- Enjoy!
Tip
- Use frozen fruit or add 1 cup of ice for a frosty frozen version of this smoothie.
