  • 100 100 ml low-fat vanilla soya milk
  • 37.5 37.5 g blackberries
  • 50 50 g strawberries
  • 25 25 g blueberries
  • 0.1875 0.1875 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 2 sachets Truvía® calorie-free sweetener

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to blender and blend on high.
  2. Enjoy!
Tip
  • Use frozen fruit or add 1 cup of ice for a frosty frozen version of this smoothie.
