Katy is a vegan chef and the best-selling author of 15 Minute Vegan (2017), 15 Minute Vegan Comfort Food (2018), 15 Minute Vegan On a budget (2018), Five Ingredient Vegan (2019), Vegan Fakeaway(2020), Easy Vegan Bible (2020), Vegan Roasting Pan (2021) and Vegan BBQ (2022) with a new release coming in November 2022.

All of her books are available in the UK, USA and Australia, with translated editions available throughout Europe.

Alongside writing vegan cookbooks, Katy also writes recipes and features for national newspapers and magazines, and has appeared on BBC’s The One Show and BBC Radio 2.

Katy demonstrates vegan cooking at food festivals throughout the UK, and often appears on podcasts, and hosting talks in bookshops.

Katy became vegan in 2006, and started writing vegan recipes back in 2013. She loves creating quick and simple vegan recipes with readily available ingredients that not only appeal to vegans, but to those who are looking to incorporate more plant-based meals into their week.

She believes that watching veganism become mainstream is wonderful, with more and more people willing to chat about the ethics and principles behind the lifestyle.

She loves the fact that more people are keen to make simple changes to their lives that create a better one for the animals and environment around us.
