- 0.2 0.2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 0.2 0.2 Tbsp dairy-free butter
- 0.2 0.2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 80 80 g Brussels sprouts, halved
- 30 30 g chestnuts, chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well, until the sprouts and chestnuts are well coated, and season to taste.
- Place on a roasting tray and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the sprouts are nicely coloured and cooked through.
