London-based restaurant Tell Your Friends, which is run by Made in Chelsea stars Lucy and Tiffany Watson, is adding the famous Moving Mountains Burger to its plant-based menu.
The burger sizzles, smells, tastes and bleeds like meat but is completely meat-free. A unique version of the burger will be available at Tell Your Friends. The Moving Mountains plant-based patty will be topped with ‘cheddar’ cashew cheese, salad, caramelised onions, aubergine bacon and sundried tomato ketchup. Diners will be able to enjoy the burger and a side of chips for £14.50.
The Moving Mountains Burger is known for having zero cholesterol and 18g of plant protein. It is entirely vegan and free from all antibiotics and hormones. The plant-based meat used in the burger requires less land and water than animal meat, and produces less greenhouse emissions. Many restaurants and pubs across the UK are picking up on these incredible qualities and are adding the plant-based patty to their menus.
According to a press release, the partnership between Tell Your Friends and Moving Mountains ‘brings together both brands’ shared missions to make truly inspiring flexitarian dining available to everyone.’ Without any compromise on taste, the new addition to the Tell Your Friends menu will provide a delicious alternative for flexitarians, vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters.
