TV presenter Fearne Cotton, who is best known for her time presenting ITV comedy show Celebrity Juice, is releasing a vegan cookbook packed full of 'family-friendly' recipes.

TV presenter Fearne Cotton, who is best known for her time presenting ITV comedy show Celebrity Juice, is releasing a vegan cookbook packed full of ‘family-friendly’ recipes.

Celebrity TV present Fearne Cotton, who has previously authored two successful cookbooks, has announced that she will be releasing a vegan cookbook later this year.

The book, ‘Happy Vegan’, will showcase 100 tasty plant-based recipes that will be loved by the whole family, is set for release on October 3, 2019.

Happy Vegan will featured simple recipe hacks and flexible optionsdelicious classics and fresh ideas as well as comforting, easy-to-make dishes that it claims “will become your everyday favourites and go-to fridge raiders.”

According to the books description: “From burgers to brownies, casseroles to cakes, Happy Vegan shows you that vegan food is for everyone … and you won’t even notice there’s no meat or dairy. Just happy faces.”

Speaking about the book, Cotton, who is not vegan herself, said: “Whether  you’re a fully-fledged and dedicated vegan, someone that eats vegan  when cooking at home but veers off when out and about, or completely new  to vegan food, I hope you enjoy the process of recreating these recipes  and ultimately of eating the finished results.”
