Add a slosh of sweet cranberry juice and a sprig of rosemary for a festive twist on a traditional Moscow mule cocktail.
To make your vegan Moscow mule into a mocktail, use an alcohol-free vodka, or leave out the vodka entirely. The drink will still taste great without it.
What is a Moscow mule?
A Moscow mule is a simple cocktail made from vodka, ginger ale, and lime juice.
It’s traditionally served with a wedge of lime in a copper mug, which helps to keep the cocktail cool and refreshing.
What if I can’t use a copper mug for my vegan Moscow mule?
If you don’t have a set of copper mugs lying around, it’s perfectly fine to serve up your vegan Moscow mule in glassware.
A highball glass is ideal, and it’s a good idea to chill your glasses before use to keep your cocktail icy fresh.
