However, it must be consumed in moderation as it can rid your body of vital nutrients, including vitamins and minerals.
It is also not safe to consume if you are taking medication as it can prohibit the medication from being absorbed by the body.
We’ve made this high-protein charcoal smoothie with frozen banana to make it extra creamy, but you can add frozen berries to add even more nutrients and flavour.

- 0.33333333333333 0.33333333333333 scoop of STRIPPD Vegan Lean Protein Powder Vanilla
- 66.666666666667 66.666666666667 ml almond or coconut milk
- 0.33333333333333 0.33333333333333 Tbsp activated charcoal powder
- 0.33333333333333 0.33333333333333 frozen banana
- Maple or agave syrup, to taste
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour the charcoal smoothie mix into a glass and top with preferred toppings
