- For the hollandaise
- 100 100 g silken tofu
- 1 1 Tbsp dairy-free butter, melted
- 2 2 Tbsp soya milk
- 0.125 0.125 tsp turmeric
- 0.125 0.125 tsp kala namak
- 0.25 0.25 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 0.5 Tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 0.5 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 0.25 0.25 tsp dried chilli flakes
- For the asparagus
- 0.5 0.5 Tbsp dairy-free butter
- 100 100 g asparagus
Method
- Add the hollandaise ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, season to taste.
- Add the butter to a frying pan and over a medium heat, fry the asparagus for 2-3 minutes until cooked but still al dente.
- Spoon the hollandaise over the asparagus to serve.
